Deposits are due at the time of booking. For my safety and privacy the address will not be disclosed until the deposit is received. Deposits are non-refundable and go toward your service. I do not accept payments outside of my site except cash. This includes cash app, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, etc. If you're over 20mins late, your deposit will be forfeited and you will owe the full price at the time your service is completed. After 30 mins with no communication, you're considered a no-show and your appointment will be cancelled and charged 50% of what you booked. Children and/or one visitor is welcome to accompany you, but please, let me know before arriving. If you book a service for a minor under 16, for their safety, mine, and my home, please, do not just drop them off. If you're unable to stay for the duration of their appointment, please inform me beforehand. I will have to refuse service if this isn't complied with. Please, be sure to select all services you plan on getting as each service added accounts for the time needed to complete your service. This will prevent your appointment from overlapping into any following appointments. If you're unsure of what to select, please, send me any inspo pictures or videos of what you want. Custom and/or premade press on nails available. Please, have your sizes available for 10pc or I have nail Sizing kits available for purchase. Free shipping or pick up available. Any repairs or corrections needed within 48hrs of service are free. After which you are subject to a charge. As of 1/1/24 Fluffity Fluff+ LLC base services have increased by $5 and additions increased by $2 to offset any increased product expenses. There is a dog on the premises so if you have issues or allergies with dogs, please, let me know.

Cancellation Policy

I charge a 25% cancellation fee within 24hrs of your scheduled appointment. I also charge a 50% no-show fee.
